Traditional New Age music is free form. However, Dyan’s brand of vibrational attunement actually has a melody and unpublished lyrics. Based on the ancient concept and power of sound healing, each CD is composed to relax and prepare (vibrationally attune) the listener for:

- Coping with life’s daily stresses
- Experiencing the guided fantasy/meditation found on the last track of each CD
The musical elements are varied, and gradually get more complex as the series evolves, but are mostly comprised of soft, dreamy piano, melodious strings, sweet saxophone, flutes, and bells, as well as an angelic air choir, mixed with timeless, gentle, ocean sounds. All of the music and meditations are composed and performed by Garris.
Each single CD tells its own story and special journey of healing. They are approximately one hour in length, including meditations. The meditations are approximately twelve to eighteen minutes long and are spoken word, with background music that is an interwoven compilation of the songs for each particular CD.
