Dyan Garris' Relaxation and Meditation Music

“Breathe and relax.” Familiar words for those who have explored meditation. But meditation is not easy to attempt, let alone master. New age artist Dyan Garris introduces a soothing series of six CDs meant to help bring the positive effects of meditation to all by merely following one simple instruction: just listen.

Comprised of multi-layered, angelically channeled instrumental music, each CD is meant to build on each other as the listener progresses from one to the other. Though not necessary to follow each in a linear order, they offer the maximum healing effect when heard in progression.

Traditional New Age music is free form. However, Dyan’s brand of vibrational attunement actually has a melody and unpublished lyrics. Based on the ancient concept and power of sound healing, each CD is composed to relax and prepare (vibrationally attune) the listener for:
